How Do I Participate?
If you are a new user, you need a Registration Token to sign up and create a username and password for the website. Contact your Wellness Coordinator if you need this information.
All registered users should visit tew.redbrickhealth.com to sign in via the username and password that they created.
The 2018 Incentive Period is underway! This incentive period is October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017. City Employees that want to receive a Wellness Incentive in 2018 will need to meet the following requirements.
$20 per month credit ($240 annual savings) toward your premium contribution for medical insurance coverage under the Regence or Kaiser Permanente Regular Plans.
$40 per month credit ($480 annual savings) toward your premium contribution for coverage under the Regence High Deductible/HSA Health Plan options available in 2016.
Contributions to HSA Accounts
Employees who select a High Deductible/HSA Health plan option will additionally receive contributions from the City on a monthly basis into a Health Savings Account (HSA). Employees participating in wellness will receive a higher contribution.
Exception: Employees hired after July 1, 2017 will automatically receive the 2018 incentive due to the shortened timeframe to complete the requirements. The amount of the incentive will vary depending on which health plan they choose to enroll in for 2018.
New Employees hired after July 1, 2016 will automatically receive the 2017 Wellness Credit/Incentive. The amount of the incentive will vary depending on which plan they choose to enroll in (see above).
If an employee has a spouse/domestic partner or adult child under the age of 26 who works for the City, and each participate in the Wellness Program, each will receive the Wellness Incentive.
Eligible members are entitled to appeal their Wellness Incentive determination at the conclusion of the annual incentive period. Please make sure to read the TEW Business Rules. Contact your Wellness Coordinator for more information.
