Employees who successfully completed their Health Compass between January 1-31, 2015 had the opportunity to choose a wellness-related award.  These forms were due by March 31, 2015!

If you submitted your form on time, you can expect your award in 4-6 weeks. If you do not receive your award by early May, but you submitted an order form, please contact your Wellness Coordinator.
