New Employees Hired July 1, 2017 or After

How do I register? 
You will automatically be mailed a Welcome Letter to your home. This letter will contain your personal/unique registration token/code.

After you receive your letter, you are encouraged to go to tew.redbrickhealth.com/portal/registration and enter your registration token/code (this will look something like this 01234567SMITH). You will next be prompted to create a username and password for the website.

Where do I go to log in after I have already registered? 
Once you’ve registered, you can log in any time via the username and password that you created by visiting tew.redbrickhealth.com. Remember – your username and password are case sensitive.

How do I earn a Wellness Incentive?
As a New Employee, you will automatically receive the 2017 and 2018 Wellness Incentive.

The 2019 incentive period is currently underway and you are highly encouraged to begin with the 15-minute Compass Health Assessment* to earn points toward the 2019 incentive.  If you want to continue an incentive in 2019, you are encouraged to review the program requirements. You have until September 30, 2018 to meet the requirements for the 2019 incentive. Exception: employees hired after July 1, 2018 will automatically receive the 2019 incentive as well due to the shortened timeframe.

*Helpful Tip:  There is a section in the Health Compass where you can enter your personal health metrics (e.g. blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.).  If you want to complete this section, be sure to have this information handy before you begin. Otherwise, you are welcome to skip that section.
